Представляем вниманию читателей немного сокращенный адаптированный перевод отчета [1] о библиографических исследованиях о влиянии различных противоэрозионных средств на эффективность образования растительного покрова на откосах и склонах. Эти исследования были выполнены по договору между Миланским университетом и итальянской транснациональной компанией Maccaferri («Маккаферри»). Текст отчета подготовил профессор Миланского университета Джан Баттиста Бискетти. В самих исследованиях помимо него также приняли участие и другие представители Миланского университета (доктор наук Андреа Андреоли, инженер Алессио Числаги), а также ряд инженеров компании «Маккаферри» (Никола Маццон, Паоло Бьянкини, Паоло Ди Пьетро, Пьетро Пеццано, Пьетро Римольди, Марко Викари).

В конце описания результатов исследований приводится информация о влиянии на вегетацию и об общей эффективности работы геоматов MacMat («МакМат»), производимых компанией «Маккаферри». Отметим, что эта компания с 1994 года имеет подразделение в России, представительства в остальных странах СНГ и завод в Московской области).
